Hah, no, not really, but I would like to maybe be honest about how the trade wasn't great, but that maybe it was the only option out there.
And just because it was an awful trade doesn't mean it was a bad decision. Calling it an awful trade isn't necessarily being negative, it's just reacting to an obvious fact. I think Kanter's value plummeted after publicly demanding a trade and his agent's comments. Obviously if they could have gotten a better deal they would have done it. The only choice was get something back or let him go in free agency.
I'll buy that it wasn't the best trade possible, looks like we agree on seeing it as the only way out though. I didn't see any positive outcome for keeping him tbh.
