Kendall Marshall Anyone?

He is a casualty of the Boozer deal and the Lakers waived him despite him being second in the league in assists last year to Chris Paul. I'm sensing the guy's got a bit of a tude particularly when Horney waived him last year and the Lakers are just awash in talent.

I like him.

He's better than JLIII

He can pass

He can hit the 3.

If we don't bring Neto over this year, I'm all on board for adding him.

Not happening. Clark will be the third string 1&2. Book it. The only other player they sign is a veteran wing. My money is on Francisco Garcia.

Marshall will go where he can get playing time. The jazz don't have the time he will want.

I can see him going to the Bucks as they still need a PG.

If you fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
so Jazz should at all costs avoid the repetition of a mistake and sign this gem!
This team (every team) needs a floor-marshall and Exum is an NCO as of now.

He was overrated playing in the biggest market for Dantoni. Having said that, I would still bring him aboard.

I like Clark as a person, but he's not really a PG, like at all. I also don't think his release is high enough to be effective when the D focuses in on him.

This.

I am not advocating him thinking he'll be the D'antoni version. As a 3rd string PG, he is light-years beyond JLIII though. Marshall fits 3/4 components of our new team goals and needs:

1. Can play with pace - check.
2. Can play the pass - check
3. Can spread the floor with shooting - check
4. Can defend - hells no.

I like him. I've always liked him. If you remember, he was surprised (and I think a lil peeved) that the Jazz didn't contact him when he was cut by the Suns. He's better than JLIII. Do it Lindsey.

I can't figure why he keeps getting cut.

Admittedly I don't watch every game, but every time I watch him he looks like a good player.

I'd like to know why he can't hold down the job.

Because it's his destiny to play for the Jazz.

He's on waivers so he doesn't get to choose if a team makes a waiver claim on him. If he clears waivers then he may even return to the Lakers. Supposedly they want him back.
