Kermit vs Face-Toucher ... and their teams. Tonight @7 on ROOT

Hate how the Jazz seem to face every team without a key player.

Blazers: No Aldridge
Celtics: No Sullinger
Suns: No Dragic

Nobody is afraid of the Jazz right now, and with good reason. The season is a grind and you have to rest your players when you get a chance. Young jazz players are too good not to capitalize on those situations. Tonight is a perfect example.

No one is resting players against the Jazz because they think they can win. When you are barely in the PO (the Suns) you don't rest players if it isn't 100% necessary.

You rest them when you have to anyways, but it's sure easier to justify it against a team like the Jazz or 76ers.

You are dumb.

Especially if you think Dragic would have suited up, w/ an ankle sprain (that a pretty well respected Suns medical staff) deemed to unhealthy to play with, against a better team.

If you're fighting for a playoff spot that doesn't make sense. Might as well rest them against teams you know you'll get killed against, like the Thunder, and get the wins that you should get, like against Utah.

I wonder though, if I was a Phoenix fan I'd be kind of annoyed this year. Fighting for the eighth seed doesn't sound quite as nice as the lottery.

I don't agree. The Jazz are competing against every team, we are not an easy team to beat.

The only one to benefit from these wins is Corbin!

I'd say it's encouraging - considering many, many people were picking Phoenix to be the worst team in the NBA this year.

Kind of like Utah in 2003-04.

Depends what they do in the off-season. If they don't make considerable improvements in FA, they could easily be out of the playoffs next year given the hyper-competitive Western conference. They need to make some serious upgrades and get an actual starting PF or C. Plumlee and Frye are more of backups and Len hasn't shown anything to be excited about yet. Morris twins, Plumlee, and Frye make for 4 pretty good backup PF's.

i'd rather fight for the 8th seed then the 7-11th pick(is which corbin is fighting for

This

Playoffs would be awesome.
Top pick would be awesome.
10th pick, Bleh
