KG next Don. Jazz very lucky they get him.
The last play was my favorite. Square up to the basket and just shoot it with the defender in his face? Very Curry-like play. Want to see more of that, as well as some off the screen three pointers. We know he has the range, but can he shoot from three off his own creation, or coming off a screen with the ball in his hands? That’s what I want to know.So many nice highlights..
But my favourite has to be at 1.36 min mark.
The hesitation dribble and pull up.
If he could get that going regularly that’s gonna set up the drive too.
Don couldn't carry KG's waterKG next Don. Jazz very lucky they get him.
Agreed. Watching him get so good so fast is amazing. He already seems like a more willing passer though… it seems like he really is already starting to work on that part of his game which I have been really surprised and impressed by its really rare to see someone who was considered a score first player to come out and pass the way he has especially in summer league where team basketball is rare
I could see a little Clarkson in him too. This dude the next jordan
I thought he would be more like Clarkson than he is, but so far in SL it's been nothing like Clarkson.I could see a little Clarkson in him too.
The Jazz would have taken him even if the pick was at 10.Getting Keyonte at #16 in the draft compensates for the fact that the Twolves made the playoffs. Keyonte would have been a good pick at #12 or #13.
This is a relevant quote about Keyonte's personality. For better or worse, he's a cocky MFer

Yeah. All of his interviews I was watching before the draft brought me around on him a lot more before the pick was made. I know that level of confidence, and sometimes downright arrogance, can run people the wrong way, but it made me like him more tbh.I’d rather have a cocky player who believes in himself than someone who lacks confidence
