Knicks want in the draft

Before this season, I coveted Shumpert. But he really underwhelmed this year + the Knicks have an overinflated notion of his value. And, I think he might be a head case.

Is everybody that's a good defender but can't shoot that well a Kawhi Leonard type? What Leonard is doing is the exception, not the rule.

kawhi leonard is a tony allen type

So do I.

I want to own the rights to my very own NBA player.

How much will this cost me? I probably have more assets to give than the All-In NYKkkk's.

^this^

Wanting and having anything of interest are far different things. If they wanted to get max value Shumpert they should invent a time machine.

I don't think I'd want any player that has spent that much time around JR Smith and Carmelo. But, yeah, they don't have any players we need. Everybody already knows we have plenty o Tyson Chandlerzz.

Tulohops2ballz tbh

I think the Knicks would consider it. It's not a ridiculous trade. I like Shumpert for five reasons:

-Good defender
-Can shoot the three
-Doesn't turn the ball over very often
-For a SG he's a pretty good stat-filler
-Screamed at Carmelo for playing crappy defense

I would do 23rd for Shumpert for sure. Don't know why Phil wouldn't like him though. He has the potential to be like Ariza was in the triangle for the Lakers.
