I think Kwame Brown has shown himself to be a complete bust. I really doubt that Jerry and Co will be able to change that. Jerry is great with people who are willing to work hard. If they lack the work ethic it seems like Jerry just makes them worse, not better.
 
I don't think any of us can answer that. I would say that Kwame has messed up more opportunities than Fes has and Fes is younger and is bigger. I don't know if you can lump the two together because Kwame will make more money than Fes. Was a former #1 draft pick, has had the benefit of 10 years or so in the league being coached and pushed in a way that Fes hasn't.

And by "just" he means over a week ago. How do some of you even find sports message boards? Since Miller is gone maybe we should look into Bosh, he hasn't signed anywhere has he?

I prefer to think of Michael Jordan as a bust as a GM rather than Kwame Brown as a bust as a player. It's pretty clear to every one that Jordan had no idea what he was doing when he was the GM in Washington and drafted him number one. As far as being lazy or lacking work ethic - I think it's more he's just a limited player more than any thing else.

Over the past ten years some of the hardest fouls I've seen in the paint came from Kwame Brown. And these were "stay the **** out of the paint fouls" not "I can't guard my guy so I'll just hit/grab his hand/arm" fouls a la Fes and Okur.

Yeah he has no offensive game; but the rest of the 4/5's in Jefferson, Millsap and Okur are gong to get you close to 40-45ppg combined. So does he need to anything offensively other than the occassional put-back? If he's cheap I'd give him a shot.
 
There has to be a better option out there. I would rather give Fes those 10-15 minutes a night and see if he turns into a good player or not.
