Kyrie to Utah?

I'm sure he would cost us Donovan Mitchell. I love, love that kid, but he hasn't played one quarter for the actual Utah Jazz yet. I assume that it would be a three way with New York. We would likely need to include Favors to make salaries match. If Favors wants to be here, that would make it extremely hard for me at least.

Not giving up Mitchell. Irving will opt out in 2 years and be a UFA and Utah was not one of his preferred destinations.

I'm just trying to prove a point that "loyalty" isn't a thing in pro sports and shouldn't be expected from players when teams are constantly in discussions to trade players.

I don't think he works. Pass last point guard does not make the Jazz better. Rubio I'm guessing between points and assists makes the rest of the team better. We need Stockton with this line-up not Irving

No we wouldn't.

How wouldn't we be?

Sixers were a top defensive team with a singular scoring option. That's what the Jazz would be if we gave up pieces to get Irving. It's taking Mitchell and Hood at least. Where does that leave the Jazz?

Kyrie = AI
Gobert = Mutumbo
Ingles = Aaron McKee

This is just bad. If Mitchell averages just 12-15 points per he will do a ton to help this team be successful being a defender playmaker and a decent shooter, and being someone that seems to want to be here, compared to a guy who doesn't want to be here shoots scores and dribbles a lot, and has only proven he can win on a team with the best player

"The Jazz had expressed interest in Irving for the past few years, but sources said those discussions never got that serious."

From the latest ESPN article on Irving.

Thank God. I want no part of AI 2.0

From the same article, the Pacers being spiteful dumbasses is what let us get Mitchell in the Denver trade

"The*Denver Nuggets*had a strong desire to acquire*Kevin Love*and became a legitimate trade partner with Indiana. The Nuggets were willing to include wing*Gary Harris*and the No. 13 pick in that night's draft to get Love, and the Cavs would reroute the assets to Indy for George, sources said."

The Sixers had Ratliff and after the trade Mutumbo who scored about 12 a game. After that, only one other guy scored 10 or more.

We'd have Gobert around 16-17 a game. We'd have Favors (Cavs wouldn't want him because of salary) at about 16-17 a game. Ingles will probably score more this year than the Sixers third option, maybe even second option, did that year. Should I go on, dumbass?

Those dudes arent scoring as much when Irving is taking at least 25 shots a game.

You'd have Irving scoring 30 and a bunch of a handful of dudes scoring 9-12 on his scraps. No one would probably take more than 10 shots a game.

But keep going on dumbass.

While we can score 10 pts more and give up 5 more with Kyrie in place of Rubio.
