I've been a Bowie fan for most of my life - my favorite song as a kid in the 70's was Space Oddity. This new track took some time to grow on me, I could tell it was complex on the first listen, but I had to kind of concentrate on it, if that makes sense.

almost 20 years old and this track is still one of the best parodies of todays rap culture.. A forgotten gem for sure.. It's a conversation between a homicidal, date-raping manic psychopath from the ghetto and a Freudian Psychologist..

I was listening to an episode of Song Exploder and they were talking to the members of a band called The Arcs. Anyway, during the segment the band mentioned some girl group that played Mariachi music. I don't listen to that genre normally but I decided to give them a perfunctory google search.
