What's new

Last good song you listened to?

This is 25 + years old but is still amongst the best songs and videos ever made. The fact that it pays homage to a great movie just adds to the allure.

Good to hear real VH. None of that Sammy ****.

I understand that you dig Diamond Dave (I dig Dave as well) but to say that Sammy is **** is just flat out wrong. Let's see DLR bust out an awesome guitar duel like this.

Heard a live version of this song on Pearl Jam Radio on Sirius the other night. Forgot how good of a song it is.

Also, this is probably my favorite Pearl Jam song, surprisingly. Just so damn on point.

Joe Dirt had it right....Van Halen not Van Hagar.

Reach down...between my legs...ease the seat back.

Pure poetry.

Speaking of Van Halen, here's a Nirvana cover I just came across.

In some ways that is disturbing. But kind of fascinating. Like watching a fat guy running on the beach.

Hagar >>>> Roth just like Boozer >>>>> Jefferson. While I'm in this thread:

Just from a rocker perspective, and the fact that DLR turned out to be insane, I agree that Hagar > DLR

But Van Halen >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Van Hagar

Someone tell me you know who she's covering. You wish it were you. "Don't stop... playing".

Just learned this song last night on the guitar. Easy and awesome. Love this band. Best thing that's happened to punk music in a long time.

The best thing that could ever happen to 'punk music' would be a mass suicide of any/all people associated with it. Next to 'grunge' and 'ska', it's the worst genre of music ever invented.

So, essentially, not only are you fat, but you're a fat idiot.
