Who would you keep, Millsap or Big Al? For the sake of this poll, let's say one of them is gone and one stays.

Al drives me CRAZY! When he gets the ball the rest of the teams stops moving. Later dog.

And that's Jefferson's fault, how? Because they know he's going to shoot? I can see this both ways. However, I think a lineup with Jefferson and Favors is better than Millsap and Favors. Big Al has improved every single season he's been in a Jazz uni. He wants to be here and every player likes him. I really believe Jefferson is the better option for our team. Millsap is too undersized at times, which hurts on both ends of the floor. At least Jefferson can usually get his shot, no matter who is guarding him.

Jefferson is a good to very good player and a pretty nice all around guy from what I can tell. That said, I've never been less interested in the Jazz in more than 20 years. Please get Al out of here.

But unless Millsap is cool coming off the bench next year I don't want him here next year. If he is willing to come off the bench he'll be right up there with my favorite all time Jazz players. I really do love Millsap, but I think it's clear to just about everyone he needs to be our killer 6th man once Kanter and Favors take the reins.

It pained me a bit to do it, but I voted for Millsap. I agree with JazzyD about Favors and Jefferson being a more formidable duo than Favors and Millsap.

Depends on the deals we get offered for each one. I could go either way. That said, Al is more expensive and may not fit into our financial strategy, which could be why the FO hasn't talked about re-signing him.

Millsap as Jefferson this off season will be getting max money from someone. Everyone that is ok with Jefferson let me remind you of AKs contract and how that turned out.

If Spurs add Al - they're automatically a Championship team.

If Spurs add Millsap - they'll still struggle to get out of the West.

I think the answer is clear who is better at anchoring our team.

Get rid of them both.

Jefferson, Bell , Evans for Gortat , Dudley , Morris

and then

Millsap, Watson, Carroll for Granger , Augstine.

If they keep one, I hope it's Millsap. He'd (theoretically) be cheaper, he'd combo better with both of the big men, he's been a rock for the franchise since he was drafted, and you'd (theoretically) get a better return from trading Jefferson.

However, neither should be kept for the simple reason that they want to be paid like stars and neither should even be starting for this team 2 years from now.

I agree with JazzyD about Favors and Jefferson being a more formidable duo than Favors and Millsap.
That's my feeling. I've loved Paul as a player, but Favors is the future. Kanter is still very raw, so Jefferson continuing to start would be acceptable...as long as Enes is getting 25 mins.
