Late/End Of Preseason Cuts

The Pistons have waived Jonny Flynn and Terrence Williams. I'll be surprised if I don't see Williams in the NBA this year. I will similarly be surprised if I do see Flynn in the league.

CDR isn't an NBA player? Wow. How many seasons has Jason Collins been kicking around?

I guess Flynn never recovered from hip surgery, but is what kind of numbers was Williams putting up in preseason? Seems like he was a pretty solid contributor the last few years and should be on a roster somewhere.

What's with Adam Morrison not being cut from the Blazers? Is he actually going to contribute and be given another shot?

How do you cut Terrence Williams!?

Too bad we don't have any room on this team.

In looking up some salary information the Pistons have 15 players with guaranteed contracts, plus they're taking a cap hit from Rip Hamilton's buyout.

He played 2 games and averaged 25 mpg, 2.5 PPG, 4 RPG, 3.5 APG, 0.5 SPG, and 2.5 BPG. His biggest problem is that he shot 2-11 on FGs.

Its getting close to final cut time and I still haven't seen anything on Houston's cuts. They have like 19 guys under contract. It well be interesting to see how they get it down to 15 without having to cut an asset

Good post. I'm interested in seeing who makes their final roster.

The Nuggets have waived Anthony Carter and Ben Uzoh. This brings the Nuggets' roster down to 15. I had no idea Anthony Carter was still around. I thought he'd retired.
