"LeBron's Decision" = Deron's Decision in two years?

How many of you got the sick feeling, of feeling like the Cleveland fan and having your star leave like Deron Williams leaving the Utah Jazz? I really hope this is a wake up call to the KOC and the FO!

None of this Al Harrington stuff, come on....CHILD PLEASE!

He's not a douche and won't go rub it in our faces in national TV.

I don't think he's as worried about winning as some of you trick yourselves into believing. Money is king, and we can and will offer him the most (provided the CBA still works that way in two years).

Dude, Utah couldn't stop that anyways if Deron wants to leave to play with 2 other star players. What 2 star players is Dwill really going to play with? Durant, nope. Melo, nope. Kobe, Nope.

I don't see it happening.

hopefully LeBron horrible eff you to Cleveland does such a horrible PR hit to him that nobody will ever consider this stupid crap again.

Lucky for us then the NBA might not be playing in the 2012 season. :P

Hopefully that will be the case...so we'll get a break in the middle of all the Heat championships. This sucks so badly. Heat and Lakers are now the only 2 teams in the NBA that I hate...

Totally agree. But it wont be on TV, because no one would watch.

Not to the extent of LeBron....but it would draw, especially if he was considering going to a major NBA franchise (Knicks, Lakers, etc.).

Maybe this will set a trend.... NBA players willing to play for nothing(; I can't believe how big of a deal all these 'analysts' are making of the fact that these players took LESS MONEY!!!! To hear them talk, you'd think these guys will be starving while they go for their championships.... *barf*

Most of the clowns on TV have to support them. They will lose credibility with their sources and probably their job with the network if they don't. This is why Charles Barkley is so popular. I read on RealGM how he was upset with LeBron about this, and I wouldn't expect anything else from Charles. For the most part, he represents the real fan.

I dont even care. Lebron isnt a good fit with Wade, so its not like they are going to be the clear favorite to win. Lakers are still a better overall team. Hell, Chicago might even be a better team. Sure, they have two good perimeter defenders, but where is the interior defense? Where is the bench? Where is the shooting?

I could see DW going to NY if Carmelo goes there. DW, Amare, Carmelo would be a tough trio. Add in Randolph and the big lights. Lakers will always be a possibility even if Kobe is close to be done.

Why? Barkley went to Houston to join up with Hakeem and Co. Pot & the kettle much?

Apples to Oranges. Barkley was traded from Philly and he was on his way out in Phoenix. He went to Houston when he wasn't the same player. Lebron was playing in his hometown. He is in the prime of his career and Cleveland wanted him back. Lebron was the face of the Cavs.

So, pausing a moment to reflect here, the Knicks screwed themselves for three years for the opportunity to overpay Amare Stoudemire as a replacement for David Lee? Remember how few wins the Phoenix Suns had with Amare and Marion before Steve Nash came to town?

Chicago gets Boozer. Okay, that's a good move for them and maybe gets them past the first round, but nothing more.

Cleveland loses one of the best players of the last decade and heads to the lottery. That's going to be tough to swallow.
