Well having recently been in Cali and Hawaii i'd say Aussie girls are more natural and pretty type attractive, Murican bitchezzz seemed way more overtly showy/flashy and made up and defn more slutty

what would you call someone who (a) takes tips about women, or (b) receives validation about their opinions about women from ONE LOVE?
 
Spent all day yesterday in court as an expert witness and I wasn't even used. Ugh, so boring.

Need something exciting to do this weekend with littles (3 and 1). Any suggestions?

Also on 10/07-10/09 my wife and I will be in Vegas with my best friend who is flying in from Kuwait. Will be good to see him again.

For what it's worth, I'm a scientist and love the metric system as much as the next guy. And yet, there's still something to be said in using units that give "nice" numbers for things that you do all the time.

So in scientific experiments off the top of my head I often use:
mT instead of T for magnetic field
mbar instead of Pa for pressure
mW instead of W for laser power
mA instead of A for current
GHz instead of Hz for frequency
and so forth

Granted those are all metric based (although bonus points get awarded to those who knew 1 mbar = 100 Pa without looking it up), but I also often use:
eV instead of J for energy
amu instead of kg for mass
atm instead of bar or Pa for pressure
"beta" (v/c) instead of v for velocity
light years instead of m for distance
and so forth

which aren't really related to metric units at all. And heck, I've even got a scientific vacuum gauge that measures pressure in "inches of mercury". Go figure!

So I completely understand those who want to keep using English units for everyday life because they are often more convenient than their metric counterparts. (And frankly I feel that same way about deg. F myself, most days. Not a huge deg. C fan.)

I'm a scientist as well (although not anywhere near your caliber or intellect). Reading that was a "huh moment", even though I deal with inches of H2O and other various English based measurements regularly (Magnahelic gauges for example). The English based seem to be convenient use as you said, and they are just as accurate.

Yes, I am married. And nothing wrong with enjoying the sights. And maybe I'm a swinger...dun dun dun

Basically as a witness you are there in case the court has technical questions about what ever it is you do. Like a forensics expert. I handle some government programs and this was a fraud case. Been called about 6-8 times for various cases and have yet to ever say a thing. But I am needed "just in case". So boring.

That's really cool. I love courtroom dramas so I would have loved to sit in on some of those court cases especially if it involves a murder or something controversial.
