Most diesel trucks now have that system where they use engine oil to lubricate and cool the injectors, and I have had too many experiences with that producing problems. I've gone through three powerstrokes injectors. Two cat diesels that I could never get running right because of the injectors and hpop.

I would buy a duramax, but it wouldn't be for the engine, it would be for the truck and transmission paired with it.

I love those Allison transmissions. I've got 4 of the R2000, and one of the r1000 Allison transmissions without park. All paired with 5.9L and 8.3L inline cummins.

The only cummins I've got in a light duty vehicle is a 6.7 in a 3/4 ton dodge. It does fine, but that getrag transmission is about to give out after pulling trailers for 80% of its 155,000 miles.

Good thing injectors are cheap, right?! That's what always makes me scared to buy a used diesel. I think they realized those old diesels were built too well. ********.
 
Okay.. I'm not a Motörhead and am dumb as **** when it comes to cars... I just know when I like it but don't know why. Now I feel better.

just putting two and two together, mathematically-speaking, I guess you earned all this from selling Mary Doetsch a house. . . . and collecting a bounty for putting her whereabouts on the map from about twenty competing hit men..... Of course you would know how to collect from them, too.

and keeping the house after she was thrown into Lake Mead in designer cement high heels.... ????

I have of course absolutely no idea how people make money, really, but this scenario would fit into my book about the Knights of Henderson, featuring an expose on Harry Reid and Jim Gibson. I think I'll have Jim driving Harry and Cory over to the Bundy roundup in this vehicle. Heavily invested in solar panel deserts inhospitable to the desert tortoises we wee folks have to fenced outta the sacred habitat.....

Going out in a few minutes to the site I suspect may be a completely unknown Spanish mission site (near Silver Reef. Going to fly the thermal imaging camera on the drone to detect outer walls/foundation.
That in itself of course doesn't prove a mission site, but would warrant further investigation.

There are Jesuit church symbols carved into boulders in the location.
