I don't think the rep arrows are on the mobile version, but I could be wrong. Anyway, on a desktop browser there is an up/down arrow icon and you click it and select wither positive or negative rep and have to option to leave a message. It was a thing at one point but since it's capped at 100 RAP (rep adjustment power) and most of the regulars are maxed out it has become much less of a concern.

I use an iPad, and yes, there are up and down arrows showing. My biggest regret would be missing messages members here may have left for me. Thanks for the explaination.

I really feel like a rep reset, if it was going to happen, would have been 10x better if it happened in unison with the beginning of the season. I'm sure there are many lurkers and many people who find this site around this time. Would have been really good for them.

I was very in favor of a rep reset if it happened at the beginning of the new season. I don't care either way now because I think it matters much less than it could have.
