Many coaches do better the second go around. Jerry did.
Good luck Ty.
Terry Porter is the No. 1 assistant to the TWolves and I assume he would slide over if Adelman leaves.

It wouldn't surprise me if Corbin went somewhere else and found success. The Jazz job was never an easy coaching position.
Please tell me which coaching positions in the NBA were easier than the Jazz and why? Please explain to me why the Jazz have been one of the worst defensive teams in the league throughout Corbin's term as head coach? The only expectation placed upon him this year was to improve the team's defense ... and they got worse.
Miami Heat - Lebron James
OKC Thunder - Kevin Durant
Spurs - Vet Team/ Duncan and Parker
Timberwolves - Kevin Love/Young talented vets
.....
Do I have to do this for every team or can you just realize that coaching a team comprised completely of washed up veterans and players who are under the age of 24 (and none of them are clear/surefire All-Star's) is a difficult job?
What else is new? The sky is blue? For real, is Franklin trolling us?

He's been extremely limited without any players who can force their will onto the opponents.
Most teams don't promote their assistants from a failed regime.
I've always said I don't have enough to judge him on. He's been extremely limited without any players who can force their will onto the opponents. The reason he has my support is because the advanced statistics from mysynergy prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he squoze every last drop possible out of the Mo-Al Lemon on the offensive end. There's virtually no argument you can make against his offensive systems using advanced player stats.
Between that and how he's proven to read the competencies of young players, and thus be able to bring them along at the perfect place, tells me he just might know wtf he's doing. But again, the jury will be out until he can coach a squad with at least one dominant player.
Just about every Jazz player from the Corbin era has played better once they left the Jazz -- can you think of any who haven't?
Big al seems to be doing a good job of forcing his will on his opponents
Tyrone Corbin is from the San Antonio tree...just saying.DL needs to find a guy from the San Antonio tree.
