Lone Peak high school #1 in country

It's all good though if this is the impetus for a shot clock in Utah High School basketball finally. You can't tell me there wouldn't be enough donors willing to make it happen if they needed outside money.

There is no way it costs more than $200 a court, no possible way. $ isn't the problem, old *** dip ****s in the UHSAA are the problem.

It's definitely not too much, whatever the $$$ is. That was just the line the announcers were parroting yesterday. They were acting like unless Jon Huntsman opened his wallet then all the little Turd Ferguson schools in Utah wouldn't be able to get their own clocks.

The biggest problem I have with the whole stall tactic is that they didn't give Lone Peak their best shot. If I'm a Brighton player there in the State playoffs, played ball the whole winter, played AAU during the summer, did conditioning work for the past 3 or 4 years that I've been in the system leading up to that moment.....and then my coach tells me to squat on the ball when we get to take a shot at the #1 team in the country my Sr. year....I would've chucked the ball at his face and left the court. They have a Utah signee on their team. I don't know if he is any good, but he must be at least decent. Tell that kid to chuck shots until his arms fall off and go down swinging. Just so sad.

Went to the game today, LP looked pretty average and then all the sudden the game was over and they won by 35. Alta got maybe 3-4 open looks the entire game.
