Longest Thread Ever

Babe, I've really enjoyed following your game with OB. Interesting throughout. OB built pressure on your backward c pawn and, if I remember right, eventually won the d pawn because the c was pinned. I think OB does a nice job of seeing weakness in a position and relentlessly building the pressure. He did something similar in a game with Siro.

One suggestion I have is that it may have been a mistake to castle. Check it out and see what you think. I was hoping you would play Ke7 instead of O-O. Ke7 connects the rooks and keeps the king centralized where it can lend support to your bishop and c pawn.

Thanks for this comment. It wasn't one of the five i had recognized. When I get my computer back I'm going to retrace the whole game and will look closely at that, plus any other comments anyone offers.

Here is a picture of me getting a massage.

A question that matters: When will this thread be the longest?

PKM has some topics/threads that have at least 10000 entries. There was a thread once in a land far far away. . . . so far away that nobody will admit to ever having been there, that got up to 36000, of which at least three thousand were my works of art.

If you go online you will find many threads claiming this honor.

I however am notorious for running on and on on virtually every topic. If you were to count the actual words, this might be the longest already.

Or, maybe, . . . . .. it already seems to be the longest. . . . .for one reason or another.. . . . . . .

It should be changed to forever and ever since it is not bounded by time dimension. It also calls from the future as the longest.

I guess since I am an eternal "intelligence", using that term in a Mormon sense of usage, and laughing while I do. . . . we could consider the implications of an eternal discussion on the topics either of religion, politics, philosophy, Art, science, or dogs.

does anyone know if there are rules in this forum against visitations from beyond the veil, or the legitimacy of passing a handle on to an heir?

The honor of authoring the longest thread is not among the many things I esteem to do with my time on this planet. So here's another post for the tortoise of threads.

Hi guys - been away for far too long, how's everyone doing???

Interesting sig pic, OL.

I am doing fine, principally because I don't have anyone like those dolls on the line. My wife might have liked like that when she was that age, but she doesn't have that style of gear. Her hair has grown back since the fight against the big C,
And she's back to being more help to me than I deserve.

I'm pretty busy. My girls are good helpers too. They know more about life and the world than most college students.

I haven't followed your recruit prospect threads, but you have done several I believe, where many JazzFanzers gladly add to the topic.

It is a bit "TrailerTrashy" to aspire to endless idiocy, if you think I am going to spend my life on this.

I value this thread as a sort of "Open Door" to folks who care to visit. It might be compared to a private forum, except I like the fact that anyone can look in or contribute without needing to know a password.

Call this my front porch at the ranch bunkhouse. . . . .

Pun intended. . . .

Not sure babe has ever lol'd or been honest, tbh. Doesn't seem to share his opinion much as well imo.

Masterful deadpan understatement.

Outside of everyday common experience, I sometimes take it as certaintude is a psychopathy like addiction to drugs.

It sure feels good, but seldom is well-researched. . . . . Though sanctioned by peer groups. . . .

I can't recognize these things without the proper lingo. I can't identify opinions without imo, laughter without lol, and honesty without tbh. I've never seen you use that internet jargon. However, I still trust you are doing all three of these things at times.

Certitude is a myth, that much is certain.

One time I was certain of something. Then I became very uncertain because I was certain of something. It was scary.

Gotta be in the top ten comments ever in JFK forum

Have you stumble upon some Zen scriptures during the Christmas break or something?

Sorry to hear about your wife.. hopefully it doesn't come back..

Perhaps subconsciously, although I do not recall reading any at any point in my life. I just picked up a basket (maybe a shopping cart) at the entrance of my mind, went through a couple jillion aisles, and threw in whatever I needed to make my post. Would be cool to see everything that was in the basket, tbh. On second thought, it had to have been a dump truck, or a freighter. I don't have enough time (or the mental capability) to keep track of all that ish.

ONE LOVE can handle all citations in the meantime. The onus is on you, my friend.
