Actually, I have a policy of "plausible deniability" with regard to the comments I make about my wife. Whichever one is taking it seriously, I tell them "not you. . . . "
 
As long as I can maintain that I write fiction, and make that claim credible, I can say anything I want about my wife, or anybody else's wife, for that matter.
 
A liberal one-man multiple-issue agenda pusher who used to duel with me in another internet life did teach me one lesson. Like the mainstream media, whatever happened on the last page stays on the last page.
 
It made me look like a prophet, though. There I was talking about his post before he posted it, even quoting it. To be able to do a quote before something is posted is uncanny.
 
But the guy nevertheless just kept deleting his old post and pasting it on the current page. Over and over and over and over. . . . .
 
So I'm making a bet with myself right here.

I'm saying nobody will quote anything from page 354. I'm going to run out this page and then talk about something else on page 356, and nobody is going to read this revelation and bother to go to page 354 and discuss anything there, such as my license to say whatever I want about my "wife".
