Longest Thread Ever

Does anyone besides me ever open the Buckner thread with the intent to post only to have your mind go blank when you see the last post? Every now and again that happens to me and I just leave the thread and wait for someone else to post in it.

Let's see. . . . . how bleak and how arid? Spring on a sand dune seems like a exotic resurgence of life to me, so I guess Khalil (sp???) Gibran has never been in a "bleak, arid desert" in springtime.

otherwise, I get the point, and it is beautiful, too.

Yeah, the quote was more about rebellion than deserts, but whatever keeps those mental gears moving...

Definitely.

Wait, so posting in here isn't your work?

I wouldn't call this "work" exactly. "Work" has to be something you really don't want to do, doesn't it?

But good you called me on that boast, just to make me think. . . .yah, my work is "fun" for me, even if it involves shoveling a lot of bs. . . .. wait. . .. yah, this place is fun for me, too.
