Meh, Lorenzen was set up by his wife. The talk about there being drugs, and a mystery guy is just to mislead the police. It took her this long to tell us that Lorenzen Wright left the house with drugs that night?

And Lorenzen was going to make a flip over 110k. He obviously knew what he was doing, so this wasn't his first rodeo with dealing. He has connections, friends, people he deals with all the time in Memphis, and he's a well known name from around that way. 13 shots meant that this was a serious deal.
