Lottery Standings

Detroit is going to overtake Golden State for sure.

I'm not worried about Toronto, their schedule is brutal.

New Jersey is the team I most worry about, they have some winnable games, and could potentially tie up the Warriors.

The Warriors would have to finish 2 - 9 and hope the Nets finish 5 - 4 in order for the Nets to pass GSW. The Nets are a full two games behind the Warriors with the Nets only having 9 games left. If the Nets finish 4 - 5, I don't think there's anything to worry about. The Warriors would have to finish 1 - 10, or finish 2 - 9 to be in a coin-flip with the Nets.

Just as I say that, the Nets beat the Cavs in OT. Well, we should be okay if the Nets win only 2 more of their remaining 8 games.

we are gonna get 2 picks hopefully 12-14th and 8 or 9th maybe package them for a top 5 pick :D.
then trade no defense big black hole Al for 1 or 2 future picks.

stockpiling young talent.

future is bright

I'm starting to think Millsap could be the odd man out. He's not really an SF. He can't play C. Jefferson is still good for 20/10/2. And Favors is best at PF in most situations.

I was hoping that the Cavs could pull out the game but Toronto and Detroit lost. I know this is off topic but has anyone been paying attention to how Gerald Green is playing for the Nets. He had 32 points tonight. I've read a few articles about how he grew up having to play in Russia and China. I guess being cut a few times and growing up have really helped his approach to the NBA. I certainly will keep my eye on him because I think he has learned the game and has a lot of natural talent. His problem before was the mental approach to the game.

Has anyone noticed how Minnesota may finish below GS? They have one less loss than GS, but 3 more wins. It's pretty close and they are currently on a 5 game losing streak.

Minnesota could come into play here. GS plays Minny during the last week. That could be an interesting game.
We still need the Ws to win 2 or 3 of their last 11 games.

I wish I understood this stuff more. I want to .. just not enough time. It's a bit of gibberish because I don't devote enough time. Thanks for the conversation here, though, it gives me a hint of knowledge.

Kings started Thomas, Fredette and Evans because Thornton was out. Interesting lineup. Jimmer having a decent game but Kings getting killed by 20. Yay for us.

Doubt GS will catch Minnesota, but the TPups are playing horrible basketball. It will be a tank fest when they play.

Minnesota doesn't own their pick under any circumstance. It belongs to New Orleans. They have no reason to lose, other than the fact they suck.

Well, if we are going to lose out on Golden States pick...

First time I played, I got Lillard at #9 and Lamb at #13. Also got Lamb and Marshall after a few tries. I could live with either scenario.
MKG at #2 would also be quite nice.

Lol the Jazz got MKG, I'd be happy with that.
You got 2 teams in the 8/13 spot to make the top 3.

Save this image, my friend, because GS getting the 1st pick and the Jazz getting the 2nd is statistically in the micro-nano percentage range.

Sirkicky?

I may have misspelled ..

sirkickyass, mod, that went on record (EARLY) to say he has a dream we moved up to the 3rd pick (last year) and selected Kanter ... needless to say he was RIGHT on. Awaiting his prediction for this year.
