Golden State sucking, but the Mavs playing to their level just enough to get our hopes up. I think I know how this one will end...because I've seen the last 23 Warriors games.

Seriously?
Well, I haven't watched all 23 games start to finish, but I've seen the results, how they play out, and many of the 4th quarters. No matter how close they keep the game, they always fall apart in the end. Ineptitude, tanking or a combination of both?

I think mostly ineptitude. It's what happens when you rely solely on shooting to keep you in ball games and have no defensive presence or ability to score easy baskets.

Since Toronto (22 wins) plays New Jersey (22 wins) in a few days and Detroit (23 wins) is already ahead of Golden State (22 wins), unless Golden State wins a game, they're at best gonna end up 7th worst. Tiebreakers last year were done by a random draw by Sir Stu Jackson. https://www.nba.com/2011/news/04/15/draft.ties/index.html

In a weird twist of irony, our arch enemy San Antonio Spurs may hold the key for us, IF they rest their starters in their season finale against the Warriors.
Even if they do, I would NOT put money on the Warriors winning...

....why not just read the box scores....and save yourself some grief and pain!

Looks to be a classic GS game. Opposing team plays down to their level for 3 quarters then realizes "Guys, we are playing the ****ing Warriors who have 0 players and an announcer as a head coach."

They aren't tanking this game.

At least not yet.

Don't expect them to win, but to take a team in a playoff race this close in the 4th is nice.

A win is crucial tonight seeing as how someone will have to win the NJN/TOR suckfest and pull a game ahead.

Sidenote: I think Kevin McHale sucks for benching Lowry for Dragic, even after Lowry regained health.
