Yes.
Utah isn’t Florida. We don’t have people trying to have sex with gators or mugshots with half their heads blown off (all recent “Florida Man” stories).
Utah’s media typically spends months if not years rehashing these types of stories. I don’t think we’ll ever hear the end of Elizabeth Smart and what he did to her or rumors about what Josh Powell did to his wife’s body. Hell, it was just a few months ago I saw one station rehashing the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Things move a bit slower here in utah.
