Marcus Smart Turned The Jazz Down For A Workout Four Times

It probably has more to do with that Utah already has Burke and he doesn't want to back-up or play alongside Burke.

Fantastic. HE was a questionable pick before at #5; now he is a definite 'NO.'
Give him what he wants by not drafting him if he's there at #5.

So basically his agent is posturing for the best spot for his player either on a team in the top 4 to net a higher salary or the Celtics/Lakers who need a point guard and are in bigger markets. This means nothing about Smart personally. He is probably just staying out of his agent's way and letting him do his thing.
