My feelings on Matthews are mixed. I was a huge, huge fan of the kids for most of the season. I thought he played well. He made timely baskets, played some good defense and played the game rather intelligently. I was also happy to hear that kobe approached him after the last playoff game to give him some words of encouragement. That said, what irked me about him was the goose egg he ****ing laid in, what I believe was, game 2. I rate players on how they do in the playoffs...and that **** scared me.

why wouldn't you let other teams bid on your player and set the price? The Jazz can match any offer he signs.
I can't believe how many people are ok with letting Wes go. Hell the mle is fine with me.. The Jazz have paid a lot of money to crap players. Wes actually earned this contract. He graded out as our best defender. For a team lacking defense, it would be a hard pill to swallow. All players have bad games in the playoffs. Vinyl, I guess you would let Lebron go after his horrible game against Boston. I think Wes will get better. He can shoot and defend. He is tough as nails and wants to improve. Everything I heard he is a great kid and teammate. I liked wathing Wes play because he is a guy who gives his all. There are reasons why Portland and San Antonio are interested in the kid.
It happens to every team.
