Mavs Sign Troy Murphy

Free agent forward Troy Murphy has signed a one-year deal with the Dallas Mavericks, league source tells Y! Sports.

I'm going to guess it's for the veteran minimum.

To make room for Murphy, the Mavs plan to waive Eddy Curry. He became especially expendable with Kaman expected to return Saturday.
