Believe it or not it would help Rudy to make the distance on his free throws if he took one step backward. That little bit of extra distance will get in his head and make him push it a little bit harder and I bet he would make more of them. That's a little trick my high school coach taught us. Worked for me one game when I was coming up short took a step back made like six in a row.
