maybe he’s just a really good player who’s understandably taken a while feeling comfortable in a completely new system.

Whatever, if he plays like this it’s huge
 
idk he’s been another player since the corona outbreak. I didn’t see too many post-ASB games but I barely recognize him out there

His offense has come a long way since the ASB, but there have been consistent problems with defense.

But not for Playoff Conley!
 
Bubble Conley is a thing. Let's not forget the early to mid season Conley that was a big disappointment. Still want Don to be a full time pg in spite of bubble Conley balling out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Conley dealing with some nagging injury for a good chunk of the season?

I also want Mitchell to be a full time pg down the line, but if we can defend with him and Conley (a big if, that can be even bigger next season with Bogey instead of Ingles), then I'm good with play 2 really good pgs on the floor. It works for the Raptors (just that their backcourt is on a complete other world than ours as defenders, which puts to bed the "how we defend with them", which would not even be that of a question If one of them weren't a good/great defender, with the rest of their roster, but i was meaning more of offense).
