And thanks to the Exum injury. Jazzfanz will be a miserable place to go to because everyone has too high of expectations of the jazz this year no way they're doing anything with Burke starting at point guard. Thanks a lot stoked. I was having a good morning too. This is your fault stocker. Go have high hopes elsewhere!!

Why?? Because u are diluted in thinking Utah is making the playoffs with Burke? I'm trying to save this site a ton of heartache. Expectations are too high!!
I think Burke is too smart of a player to not improve on his tendencies this year. This is really a sink or swim year for him as it will his last year (most likely) he has a chance to be a starting PG before his next contract.

Someone will have to talk Stoked off a ledge at some point this year.
Snyder all but said Burke will be the starting PG in an interview on Friday.
I never considered that I was diluted in the thinking. I'll have that checked.

We should avoid any topic that makes me think about Burke as the starting pg. I was having an amazing morning. I pissed off a BYU fan and a Ducks fan at work this morning. Then I see this thread and all hell breaks loose!!

No worries, you can apologize for your doubts later. Go look at advanced stats for D when Burke and Gobert are on the floor together. It's not as bad as you think. Not even close. Not to mention the O is better with Burke than it is with Exum.

Trey Burke dominated the pre-season last year. Hopefully he does that again and gets off to a strong start.

You know, Thee Jazz Fan, not every paragraph requires a new post. You can put all of them into one.
And I also remember one year the Jazz got off to a .700 or something start with Keith McLeod running the point before injuries took the wind out of the sails. With great rotations at the 2/3 and 4/5, all Utah needs is fair production at the point. Will Utah win a championship this season? Highly unlikely. But even with Burke, Neto and Cotton, Utah can make the playoffs.
