Figure 640/2 (taxes on the lump sum, roughly) = 320 Million. 320/20 (people in your pool) = 16 million each.
The problem would be the greedy ones trying to stiff others in the group. There are always a few. With 16 million on the line possibly up to 50% would be problematic people.
