CJ Miles or his agent have no part in whether or not he is traded. Brewer & Okur didn't find out until after the media did. So....... This means nothing. lol
 
Brewer might be better than CJ, but I argue that CJ is more valuable to the Nets because the Nets BADLY need D Will to stay.
 
Sounds like Howard might be staying in Orlando for another year. If true, the Nets will be less motivated to clear cap space.

I like Brewer better, and he definitely was better than CJ in Sloan's system. Outside of that though, Miles is the better player. Put them both on regular teams and Miles is going to have a bigger impact on the game.

I don't know about even that, but in a one on one game Miles is going to win.

That was my thought. Maybe they give Utah the right to switch picks (as long as Utah ends up with a lottery selection). That way they save $1-$1.5M but still end up with a very good pick. THe good news is that Howard (Dwight, that is) has NOT given Orlando any promise he'll opt in next season. I'll bet his agent has reminded him that Adidas is waiting with a contract >$200M if Howard plays in Brooklyn. Dwight is going to be a Net, you can take that to the bank,

I'd be happy if they add a second rounder to the Morrow/Petro trade. Those contracts suck and so does Petro. Morrow is good, but he'd be bench material in the future.
