Mistress? good or bad?

So i was reading some magazine. and there was something in it about cheating.
how it might be advantageous to your current relationship blah blah?
and read something that americans are less likely to accept a cheater and more like to to judge a cheater, then the europeans. (forgot the % number)
anywhoo what do you guys think, if a friend of yours as a mistress on the side would you kick him square in the nuts? or ask him if his mistress got a sister or a friend for you??

I let my friend know that I don't approve and leave it at that. I don't go out of my way to get him caught, but I don't actively cover for him. If put in a tough spot I'd simply refuse to provide information.

I had to cover for a friend couple of weeks ago. he came home with his shirt inside out. he didnt notice because he had his winterjacket on top. his fiance knew 100% sure that when he left is shirt was worn right.

so he called me panickly that if she calls me and ask me i should say he was with me. he took his shirt of because he was helping me moving things around in the house(doing some heavy lifting) dint want to get his shirt all sweaty so took it off helped me waited for his sweat to dry put it back on but inside out.

didn't know if i was gonna lie about it. luckily she believed him right off the bat and she never asked/called me about it

I'm saying that a one night stand is not a good thing, but at least it is a brief period of lust. However and ongoing affair with someone local whom you have easy access to implies an emotional connection and a reoccurring instance of behavior and thus is more of a betrayal. I think more spouses are willing to forgive a one night stand than an on-going affair.

I'm not sure why it is astounding. Primates are not naturally monogamous; many use sexual activities even out of estrus. Why should we be any different?
