I think the Giants would be slightly favored to win it at this point. The remaining games are toss-ups, but the Giants only need to win one. Peavy was okay in his last start. The wheels fell off in Game 2 with the Giants' middle relief (Strickland). Will be interesting to see how the Royals handle the pressure now, especially if they get down a couple runs. Giants have scored the last 15 runs in the series and would seem to have momentum.

Hopefully the Giants get a good middle/long relief performance from Petit and keep the Royals in check in Game 6. A Game 7 would be absolutely nuts.

Would Bumgarner be back for Game 7 if it comes to that? If so Giants would probably win.

He should win Finals MVP regardless of who wins. He's a BEAST.

It would be just 2 days rest, but it's worth trying. His postseason has been unreal. The Giants can rotate any and all of their pitchers at this point.

I'm looking forward to this game. I think the Giants are more polished and experienced, and they should pull out the series. Pitching aside, the Giants have 28 hits in the last 2 games. To me, that's almost as big a story as Bumgarner.

I said before that the Royals were a team of Destiny, but I am going on record as 100% sure that the Royals will win the World Series.

This is not a prediction or guarantee, but a fact.

Kansas City Royals 2014 World Series Champions.

October 11th, tbh^
