OK, so some folks believe some people made it across the South Atlantic to Brazil 35000 yrs ago, others think some Frenchmen moved in fishing boats along the Ice Age icepack across the North Atlantic 25000 yrs ago... and Red notes that the Australian aborigines have been there 50000 yrs and likely by boat.....

looking at ocean currents generally, the Indian Ocean currents would carry a raft from South Africa to Australia.

The British school of anthropology has always maintained that only the English were ever civilized, or intelligent, or capable of sailing the oceans..... and have always characterized as cranks anyone who disagreed.....

Obviously, you suffer from either a reading disability, an IQ of less than thirty, or a complete failure of humor.

Here's the math: Assuming the average child has a mother aged oh say 30 plus or minus 20 years, on average, there are ten generations across every three hundred years. Since ten generations gives you 1024 ancestors living three hundred years ago.... well, and since another ten generations gives you 1024X that who would need to be living six hundred years ago.... roughly 1 million.... and another 300 yrs requires the dedicated genealogist to find a billion ancestors just 900 years ago.... and that doesn't even get you back to William the Conqueror in England....

I seriously doubt there is any Englishman who can't rightly claim royal lineage.

And hell, yeah. Most royal sons of bitches fathered more than one "illegitimate" child by some powerless young lady working the kitchen or making the beds or milking cows in the nearest barn.

Not sure what I would do if I found something. My neighbor found some stuff in a cave, and relinquished his mineral claim to let the BLM administer the site. Some scientists came and did a report, but they omitted some factual aspects of the find, including fossilized regular sized horse bones, deemed incongruous with conventional science....

I don't consider an arrowhead worth picking up or carrying home.....

Even an apparent significant site.... not worth contacting stupid authorities.....

Most likely I would just walk on and say nothing.....

Even if it were an ancient Egyptian tomb....ha ha
