My Darn TV Broke Again...Who Won Jazz Game?

Damn, your post was all blazingly true. Best post I've ever read here. You know your basketball (you are clearly not a Jazz fan).

For Knick fans who have watched every second of the team's games, this playoff debacle actually isn't that surprising. RJ Barrett for instance would have a ton of 1 for 12 games. He'd have four bad games then have two good games and fans would think all was well again. Then he'd have three more 3 for 15 games....he has been consistently average to bad all season long. A good game sprinkled in here and there does not make someone a good player in the NBA.

Julius? If there were one player on the team I would not want to take the final shot in a close game, it is him. He just isn't consistently solid. He has had a bad game now and again, but always bounced back the next night with a stellar game. We love that about him, but the fact remains that he did have numerous bad games throughout the season. To have three in a row as in the playoffs is surprising, but was definitely possible.

As for Thibs....I could see the players eventually turning on him. He gets great love from D Rose and Taj Gibson, but Thibs is definitely an acquired taste and if his team performs as the Knicks are against an average team like the Haawks, then there is no way a top NBA free agent would sign up for his team.

Nah, folks, my TV is still broken. Don't know what Knicks did today. We did finish ahead of the Hawks in the standings, we went 3-0 against them this season, we have an All Star and they don't...so that all tells me that we won and are leading the series 3-1.

I am in no rush to get my TV fixed. The Hawks? Would you put a rush job on your TV to watch the Hawks? Nope. My TV is coming back from the shop next week...just in time to watch Knicks vs Sixers in the second round. Can't wait.

Knicks/Sixers in the second round is a bold assumption.

I wouldn't count out the Wizards yet. Westbrook is resilient - I can see Philly getting lackadaiscal here.

No. I've been watching Sixers v Wizzards on radar. Sixers are strong. They will probably beat the mighty Nets if it comes down to that.

Bucks are the team that has astonished most in these playoffs. Sweeping the Heat??? Man, that's impressive.

You can level with us - you threw the remote at the TV and that is why it is broken.

Once again, you fools look to final score to tell you who won. Real men like me who played sports know the Knicks won the series. Final score and who "won" four games does not matter. You watch the games, you watch the series and you say to yourself, "That team won."

Knicks are wearing the blue gloves:

All in all it was a super successful 2020-2021 Knicks season:
- we are recognized by all NBA fans as the third best team in the league
- we win Sixth Man Of The Year award (D-Rose)
- we win Most Improved Player award (Julius)
- we win Coach Of The Year award (Thibs)
Well done, boys.
