NBA Free Agency Moves in General (related to the Jazz, but not just moves made by the Jazz)

People have been impressed by Bradley in SL? F'rills?

The dude has looked terrible/lost and has zero touch at the rim. Are we watching the same games? I agree 90% of his 17-18 should be spent in the G League.

He has been the 5th highest scoring 2017 draftee in the Utah Summer League. And his efficiency numbers are decent. But mostly it is how he approaches the PnR and rolls that stood out. That and his long reach.

Bradley was projected as a top 10 pick NEXT year by statistical measures (or whatever, it's what ESPN said on draft night).

He's a project. I agree about the G League.

Put him down there this year. Give him coaching, practice and minutes. Bring him up for a couple weeks in December and again in March and see how he does (and rest some players).

Develop this guy.

And no, not really that good. He is a French Miles Plumlee who occasionally misses a 3 pointer.

Welp, it cost the Raptors a first and 2nd round pick to dump Demarre Carroll. I dont think the Jazz can dump Burks.

Damn, I think we could have taken on that DeMarre deal. He would have been useful this season and we could use the draft assets.

No way. Then you are paying Carroll/Burks a combined 27 million for the 18/19 season.

A late first round pick isnt worth it for a team like the Jazz who need to re-sign two key players in that off-season.

Come on, a couple weeks ago you were talking about trading Favors for DeMarre and a first. DeMarre would put us at like 74 million next summer, and there aren't even many good free agents who aren't restricted.

They'd be worth it if they counted as one player.

That was when I thought we had Hayward coming back and re-signing Hood wasn't a priority.
