Link in the first post is from NBA.com and has a photo of him signing the contract. Pretty sure it's solid.
he was also on the Jazz broadcast being interviewed by Brown, because he signed.

For the record I think Cotton is a better prospect. Still scratching my head as to why we've signed Neto when we already have:
Exum
Burke
Cotton
3 PG is typically all you need to start the season.
This.
I am scratching my head with this signing right now unless we are offloading Burke some how.
I think we are trade burke guys. No one speaks to him or abut him and he is no where near the jazz. He is trade for a 2nd round I think
That could be a possibility but I think: Exum > Cotton > Burke > Neto
So if we're keeping 3, why not Exum, Cotton and Burke?
I think late 1st ... Vazquez was traded for a late 1st. I think Burke is worth at least that.

But i think its possible Neto is better than burke and cotton. I rememeber one time at SL and he is so much better than burke. Thats a long time ago.
I am with you and I think Neto will be very good for Jazz or they won't take him for 3 years. It is true. For example, last year Raulzinho was named MVP of Brazil x Argentina (Round of 16) in World Cup. On the court were Nene, Varejao, Barbosa, Huertas, Scola, Nocioni, Prigioni ..

your order is out of wack, I think. Everything will be determined in preseason, unless Trey is traded before. As it is now, I see it as Exum>Neto>Cotton>Burke in terms of importance to the team based on playing styles/potential. I think the Jazz see it like Exum......>Burke=Neto...Cotton. Cotton had a great game tonight, but the F/O has kept really close tavs on Neto in EU, and they brought him over for a reason, signed him to a multi-year, and want to see him succeed.
Neto's line last season was: 8.9pt, 3.9assists, 2.7 TO, and shot 20.5% from 3pt line last year.
Not sure how that translates to him being better than Cotton or even Burke.
Neto isn't better than anyone until he proves it in the NBA.
Different games. He was on a ****ty team, and I mean ****ty! Yeah, his shot is suspect, but if I remember correctly, he shot it pretty decently from deep in FIBA. He is better than Burke because he makes things happen for others, whereas Burke prefers to get blocked by the rim, or only make obvious passes. Neto is creative and plays with pace. Neto is also really good at getting into the lane, Burke is not. Neto and Cotton can both get in the lane, (but Neto is thicker and taller than Cotton, and can finish in traffic that he doesn't outrun). Both Cotton and Neto can pass, but Neto is more dynamic and aware of the seldom seen lines (again, you can't judge assists on **** team). Neto has both Cotton and Burke beat on defense too. Neto is lightning quick, like Cotton, but is longer, and was able to grab 2 steals per 36 last season (yes, steals don't indicate defense, but he is regarded as a good defender as well).
20% from 3pt line is bad.... doesn't matter if you're playing for the Lakers or the local high school team.
They don't help you make the shot, that shot is on you.
It was the 13-14' Gordon Hayward situation, bro. That does matter a ton.
