Neto should be starting - He is our Most effective PG

It was painful watching Rubio and Dante tonight.

Neto is so much more consistent and has fewer spasms where he throws the sloppy turnover. He also can hit more jumpers than Ricky "O fer" Rubio.

Dante was a complete waste on the court tonight.

Neto would at least have some stabililty at the position until Rubio remembers how to play the game and Dante figures out how to play.

Mmm, I love Neto but he is not starting material. He gets burned against starting-caliber/big guards. And when Ricky is on, he is truly great.

Maybe you keep starting Ricky and see what version you get that night. If he is struggling, sub in Neto earlier. He definitely looks better than Dante right now and deserves more minutes. Despite his physical limitations, he is such a steady, smart player. Always plays hard.

Unfortunately i think this is the case. I like Neto a lot but he can't really play against starting caliber guards. When Sacramento targeted him with Fox, for example, it was just an automagic 2 points. I think he's gonna get a lot more minutes tho as he recovers from injury. All the other guards suck *** right now.

Neto is our most co sistent point guard. But he is playing against weaker competition. Rubio is clearly streaky and when he is on we are tough but when he is off we are PUSSYcats.

Dante is... full of potential... I really believe he is about to turn a corner but I thought that for years with Burks.

So I think the case for Neto as our most consistent point is good but as our best option? Nah. Neto at his best is not good enough. Love his toughness though.

This is sad

This is at the moment impossible to argue against.

No. Dude isnt that good.

This is a major overreaction.

I'd like not to agree but it could be very close to the ugly reality.

I didn't watch much of the game, but I listened to David Locke's postcast. He is saying Rubio played a huge role in D'Angelo Russel going 6 for 25. He's saying maybe Coach Snyder stuck with him because his defense was so good.

Thoughts?

I love Neto but he can't keep up with starting point guards.

I think Dante needs some in-patient psychological treatment followed by a month of one on one instruction with coach Bryant. Then a couple minutes a game until he figures it out.
