Pretty random lol
Wasn't that kind of dream. I was hosting a house party that would make Pablo Escobar proud. Nice dream, but it would a nightmare in real life.
Hell ya. Been a while since I had some yayo.

I agree about the nightmare in really life.... I'm too old to party that hard anymore without major consequences.

Evidence that Trump has no intention of actually running a serious race for president is everywhere and has been for months. Someone whose goal is to actually win does not fight with the family of a fallen U.S. solider for days, or pick endless fights with members of his own party, or ignore terrible economic reports he could use to rip up his opponent, or suggest his opponent be assassinated and then refuse to fix it, or fail to run any serious TV campaign or set up a legitimate ground game in any swing state.

Trump wants to be Trump. And that means saying whatever he wants whenever he wants, not doing any real work, blaming any failures on other people (mainly the evil press) and going back to his nice airplane at the end of the day to eat Kentucky Fried Chicken with a knife and fork and blast angry tweets at people.

And if Trump's goal is to lose — which plenty of people believe it is – he is doing an excellent job of it. He's down by an average of nearly 8 points nationally, according to Real Clear Politics. States that should be absolutely safe for him, including South Carolina, Georgia and even Utah, could well be in play. And he's doing a rally on Saturday in Connecticut, a state he has virtually no chance of winning. Trump's numbers are cratering in Pennsylvania, which now seems like a lock for Clinton. Virginia and Colorado are also moving out of Trump's reach. He trails in both Ohio and Florida.

If the election were held today, Trump could count on only 179 electoral votes to 359 for Clinton. If states like Georgia and South Carolina drop out his column, Trump could go down to the worst GOP defeat since Barry Goldwater won only 52 electoral votes against Lyndon Johnson in 1964.

This was to be the week that Trump focused like a laser on the economy and began a serious buttoned down campaign. It didn't happen. Because it was never going to happen. Because Trump is incapable of making it happen. And it will never happen and Trump seems increasingly fine with that. After all, being president is a really hard job and you have to travel a lot and not sleep in your own bed. And that just isn't Donald Trump's thing.

Didn't Mondale take a worse beating than Goldwater?

Anywhoo, Trump's record since locking up the nomination is weird. That's all I have to say.

I hate to even give this man the legitimacy of a thread in the General Discussion Forum of Jazzfanz, but the dumb *** is leading in the polls.

Please say it ain't so.

This person can not be attractive to breathing, feeling human beings.

Please?

My OP from the original Trump thread.

I feel silly for taking him seriously for a minute and getting a little emotional about it.

You guys are crazy. Trump will be the greatest President we've ever seen. Here are the reasons I'm voting for him:

Closed Borders / National Sovereignty (Borders, language, culture!)
Strong Pro 2nd Amendment (Right to bear arms)
Wholesale stream-lining of federal government bureaucracies
Energy independence
Conservative Supreme Court Nominees
End sanctuary cities
Privatized Health Care
Pro life (w/ exceptions for rape and incest)
Honors Soldiers like few others
Close Wall Street loopholes like carried interest
Will put restrictions on H-1B visas to prevent corporate abuse
Pro strong military
Fair free trade
Improved national infrastructure
Repatriate "stuck" foreign capital
Reduce government regulation of small business
National-based manufacturing base (this is in our national interest. Steel industry almost dead - what happens when WWIII comes?)
Lower taxes
Coal (All of the above energy sources)
“Merry Christmas” - Christianity back in the public square
Reaganesque “Peace through strength” attitude
Will never send in soldiers without clear objectives
Strong national pride / respect
Pro Israel
Beast on terrorism - protecting American citizens
Wrote the book on negotiating (Art of the deal)
Make NATO nations pay their fair share
100% name recognition
Handles the media better than anyone on the planet, which might just be his most important characteristic
Non PC - will tell it like it is
Will make tough, needed decisions without consulting a poll
Has made payrolls
Understands high finance
A patriot
Smart, entertaining, interesting, caring - not unique to conservatism, but very positive characteristics nonetheless
Not a racist -- if you believe he is, the disingenuous, passive aggressive, agenda-driven, anti-American media has done it’s job on you. Name ONE thing’s he’s said that’s racist. I challenge you. Trump said that w/o a border, anyone can get in, including rapists and murderers. I assume Mexico has rapists and murderers. Without a border, we can't hope to control who comes in. Without a border, we don't have a country.
Strongest advocate of free enterprise ever to run for president
He ain't Hil-liar-y

Like OMG MAN DID YOU HEAR THE SOUND CLIP PLUCKED FROM TRUMP?
If you look into most Trumps statements the media is brainwashing you in to hating they all have merit.
Why would you buy in to the assassinate Hillary nonsense? You are being a dumb little child.
Why would you deny that Obama created ISIS? Completely misinformed.
The media is tainting you on Mr. Trump. Like bad taint.

Mate, Trump wants to do things to actually fix the problems. Have you seen the video of blacks people supporting Trump, saying they want JOBS not welfare? Watch the video of Thomas Sowell telling about the creation of poverty. I would link it but it has LBJ's famous "I'll have those [n-word] voting democrat for the next 50 years". Well, it has been 50 years an the blacks want jobs again. Trump's entire campaign is designed to do exactly that. Bring jobs back from China, Japan an Mexico. The types of jobs that will benefit the poor.

Mr. Trump loves the poor an the establishment trying to kill him are racist.

I'm just happy that he is going to lose.... And possibly by the biggest margin for a republican since 1964.

Gives me a little hope for humanity.

Tell me which part of his platform you disagree with?
Ending foreign wars or winning them.
Bringing jobs back to America
Energy independence, most likely in the form of alternative resources
Replacing ObamaCare [Bold] with a system we all benefit from [/Bold]
Working with Russia instead of fighting them
Negotiating trade deals that will decrease are national deficit instead of increasing it

Hillary is status quo. The media is trying to convince us for status quo.

You can't start your post with "protecting language and culture" then end it with "not racist". Doesn't work that way.

I bet you Trump would become the greatest liberal heroe ever. They want value added tax for ever. I bet Trump would propose VAT to fund single payer an bring back jobs.

Let us make America great again

He's pro-military? haha

If you're one of those types that thinks someone who uses the men and women in the U.S. armed forces to pick fights which cost us the lives of our military members and returns many to us with severe mental issues, then yeah, I guess he's pro-using the military to boost his ego and to pump up "patriots" at home who never wore a uniform, then yeah, I guess he's pro-military.

Obama has been one of the most pro-military presidents in my lifetime. As a former member of the military who served during the attack on the USS Cole and 9-11 and who was then deployed in support of Operation Iraqi freedom twice, I can tell you that I appreciate the fact that Obama has been very careful to not entangle our military in new conflicts when it would have been so easy for him to do so.

Trump seems like the kind of jackass that, if he became president, would want to show the world how big his dick is by throwing our military around with complete disregard for the people who actually serve.

The part where he behaves like a bully/*******/idiot/moron

That is the main stream media portrayal of him. They make money creating an advertising this persona off people like you.

Trump has a storied history of being opposite everything you say. He wants to take care of wounded vets. Every week he meets with wounded soldiers an there families an gives them a free resort accommodation. He cares deeply for the poor an wants to give them jobs. He pays much higher average wages than Walmart.

If that is a bully than I have lost faith in humanity.
