It is interesting. Kind of points to boards that don't have enough women of color will be at a competitive disadvantage. Makes me wonder if market forces would bear that out.

I don't like that general idea the same as I don't like new Oscar rules. It seems like a shortcut artificial solution to show: hey, diversity problems solved. But at the ground level nothing changes. And it puts people hired that way in very akward position.

The market is noisy and random, so not always.
