anybody see the new website?
what are your thoughts?
my thjoughts it is low on info/news.
high on pics video and scores.
but thats "normal" with the web 2.0 website having less information on front page and more shiny stupid pics and vids
 
on First glace there is not enough informtation on small screens/monitors the top storys are down.
like what imdb did the new imdb website has pictures and vids on top and information way down and well hidden in subpages.
the nba redesign i can live with. but for imdb the redisign is stupid since imdb is actually a database of information, so why hide info.
it is also made for touchscreen(windows8 arround the corner) you can see that at top stories, there is a large space between clickable text links. so you could easily touch said link
 
That's awful. The page looks like one of those mass link "news" story popups at the bottom of HuffPo, Fox, & Guardian.
 
I'm just having trouble getting box scores etc. I sorta like the new arrangement because I can scroll down and gt more in one page than before if I'm seeing this right.
 
On second thought it sucks coz the stats update on games are terrible. I was checking the Rockets - Grizzlies game to see that it's 66-44 (or smth else) for Grizs and the game is over in the 3rd quarter. Also the only scorers in the game are a guy from Rockets with 44 and another guy from Grizs with 22.

Probably a 1 day thing. The stats were ****ed up on ESPN too.
 
Honestly, I don't think the redesign is very good. That being said, for as big of a Jazz and NBA fan as I am, I don't actually go to nba.com very often.
