Nah. He already went 3, 4, then 6 minutes. Continuing to 7 minutes would be "skipping steps". He has to go back to 5 minutes first.

I'm pretty sure you can only assign three guys at a time, so that may play into it, but I'd still expect them to send Exum before Neto.
