NFL 2015 Season Discussion Thread

Haha.

What? You've really never seen Michael Vick play? Did you just start watching football?

Anyways. Michael Vick was better back in the day. He never was a great passer, but had a good arm. He just old now.

It's too bad you never saw him play. Go look up some old highlights. He made his fame off being one of the most elusive players to ever play. He was like a video game. He had all the potential in the world. Could have been one of the best ever. But was a knucklehead. Never the less, he was still quite impressive to watch at times.

No, he could have never been the best ever. Dog incident or not, he was bound to have injury issues due to his style and he was never a very good passer. He was the most exciting, but he was hardly the most effective.

Do you just like to argue or what?

I said he had the potential to be. He had elite athleticism and a strong arm. Had he been a hard worker he could have been a whole lot better. He relied solely on his natural abilities.

iirc he played 2 years at Virginia tech. Started as a redshirt freshman and went undefeated (11-0) that season and led the nation in passing efficiency (180.4) a record for a freshman and the third highest ever. Lost the bcs bowl game against Florida state.
Then in his sophomore year he went undefeated.

Amazing college qb.

And I'm not surprised you would inject your hateful lame *** opinion. I'm also not surprised you have no appreciation for athleticism.

I bet anything you are this fat bull legged, flat footed dork, who has been mad at the world because you couldn't play sports.

I guarantee that if you talk to any athlete in the world and they will tell you they have an appreciation for Vick's athleticism. It was unique and exciting.

lol. You're so incredibly lame and wrong.

If arm strength and speed are the only thing you factor in to potential, then yeah, Vick had the most potential of all time.

If that is the extent to your evaluation of potential though, you are probably going to be the Oakland Raiders.

Haha.

....your not suggesting that Michael Vick lacked the "necessities" to play quarterback in the NFL, are you?

Zach LaVine can jump real high.

JJ Watt is officially overrated.

He's a genetic freak which allows him to make jaw dropping plays from time to time. But down-to-down he's not that great a player.

What we are going to see today is a Raiders win, followed by a heavier than usual bunch of Peyton's too old to be playing talk for the next week.

The Bengals will be the next undefeated team to lose this week. Falcons, Packers, Pats and Broncos all win this week.

Nope, the Denver D is going to have a heyday with the Raiders O line and Carr.

You're probably right. I actually haven't even seen the Raiders play yet this year(saw the Broncos twice though). I'm just trying to see what it feels like to be optimistic about the Raiders.....for even an hour.
