When I heard about the trade my first thought was "wtf? That wasn't a good trade for either team".
Saints are in full tank mode.

New Orleans is done. They really need to trade Payton for some draft picks (it's been rumored teams are interested) and they need to trade Brees for the biggest haul of picks they can get. Let Brees go to a team that needs him. They will never do it though since Brees is basically Jesus Christ in New Orleans. Tank the season for Goff and be in line to suck another year for Fournette.

Use the picks acquired in trade to shore up the offensive line and the defense with some young talent.

LOL .. Michael Vick had a 1 yard passing game in the 1st half.... They sub him out and the new QB passed a touchdown.
