NFL 2015 Season Discussion Thread

Antonio brown has been ruled out for the Steelers v. Broncos game on Sunday. Big loss for Pittsburgh and big gain for Denver.

It bugs me when ESPN analysts go full homer.

https://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/team/_/stat/rushing/position/defense/seasontype/2

It credits Pittsburgh's run D. They are 5th, so he is right they are good. But then says "If the Broncos play deep, Pittsburgh will gladly run the ball, and run it well".

Based on what? Their leading RB has been ruled out and Denver is even better than Pittsburgh in stopping the run. Denver is 3rd in rushing D while Pittsburgh is 5th.. If that logic works for his team then it works even more for the Broncos!

At least try to show some believability in your logic. Pittsburgh could win, sure but at least take 5 seconds to think up a good reason why.

On paper the Patriots should be running away with this one right? With Brady healthy?

Eh, KC is vastly under rated. They are a scary good team. I don't want Denver to play KC but I don't want New England or Pittsburgh anywhere near the SB.

In the NFC it is Arizona, Green Bay, Panthers, Seattle in that order.

Steady, convincing win for New England. Gotta give KC credit for keeping their heads up and fighting to the end, but they were on their heels all game long. Full credit to New England for putting them there and keeping them there.

I thought KC played like trash. Awful clock management cost them in both halves, and Alex Smith was wildly inaccurate on anything thrown farther than 10 yards.

Brady is too good

you saw a team on an 11-game win streak get discombobulated by a better team.
