That Broncos offense looks unstoppable.

Peyton has never been surrounded with such talent. Makes you wonder how much better he would have been if he would have been surrounded with more talent in Indy. Sheesh. They look like a varsity offense destroying scout team defense.

Marvin harrison, reggie wayne, dallas clark, and edgerin james were pretty good though

I'm not completely clear that it's happened here, but I believe it has. It certainly has made the rounds in the media, but that doesn't mean much I guess.

There was recently an article on ESPN last week that compared the Mannings in about 9 different areas (accuracy, game knowledge, mistakes, arm strength...) Eli won 4 out of 5 or something like that and the panel gave the edge to Peyton

Not evena comparable choice in my opinion. One is a good quarterback and one will be a legend.

Um...

Broncos have scored 127 points in 3 games (it could have been 148 if not for a fumble in the redzone each game). Next closest is Greenbay who is 31 points behind. Peyton Manning has 12 TD passes and is on pace to blow Brady's 50 TD in a season record out of the water with 64.

Defense is good but not perfect. Denver still also needs to work on stupid giveaways. 3 fumbles this game. Denver won't be playing the Giants and Raiders every week.

Edit: Denver also has 4 receivers with over 190 yards. Next closest team is Green Bay with 3.
Just imagine if the Broncos had not shut down the offense and played prevent the entire 2nd half. They really did play an entirely different game for the 2nd half. Essentially trying to run the clock out from the 1st time they touched the ball in the 2nd half till the end of the game. They were out to prove in the 2nd half that if they wanted to they could run the ball as well.

Was thinking the same thing, they went into a totally different offense and ate up the clock in the second half. Saw some plays with one receiver and two tight ends. How often do you see that with Manning at QB?

They played quite a few plays with 3 TE's and 1 RB with 1 WR. They had 2 TE's for more plays than not in the 2nd half.
.
I'm not sure they had a single play in the 1st half with 2 TE's. If they did it was not near as often as in the 2nd half.

The one he lost was all on Clark. Just plain got beat and Manning had no chance.

True but my point being is that the team, all levels, have room to improve. The Broncos are steam rolling teams. Well they can be even better and they know it.

It's fun to watch Manning orchestrate things. He's like Beethoven out there. Using snap count to see what the defense will do, then audible and tell each player on offense what they need to do... then run the play and get exactly what they wanted out of it. It's just sick. I don't care if Eli has more SB rings, Peyton is the best there is and is a mix between Michaelangelo and Beethoven. It is beautiful to watch. If Denver does not win t all this year it will be very very very disappointing.

I think it's funny that Ray Lewis is criticizing the leadership on the Ravens because a stripper on a party bus took a champagne bottle upside Jacoby Jones' head. Hey Ray, at least nobody was killed.

It is also fun to watch him make teams pay for substitutions. He gets that snap off and gets a 12 men call every single time.

I do think the Bronc's are the best team in the AFC so far this season and top 2 or 3 overall in the NFL. With that said they've had a pretty soft schedule so far and am curious as the season goes on if the offense will slow down some and level out (still be one of the top but just not keep up this pace).

*edit*

Actually looking at their schedule, they may have only 2 or 3 tough games all year, Cowboys and the Colts home games could be tough (should win but Dallas has a pretty good offense and looks like they'll win the NFC east by default because that division is that bad so far this season) but IND's D is just okay so they should win both those at worst in a shootout.

Then they play the Patriots in NE, not sure how good the Pats are but they aren't usually an easy game especially in NE. Lastly and I'm including this game because it is a AFC div rival, the KC game in KC, who look to have the toughest defense they'll see all season. They could easily go undefeated or only lose 1 game with that schedule.

My question is how in the hell does a team one play away from the SB get such an easy schedule, okay granted most people thought the NFC east would be better than they've showed so far this year.

Wow just saw on epsn's SC Peyton whining about the schedule, because Phili is coming off of a bye week.... really..... oh cry me a river, cause your the only team that will be facing a team coming off of a bye week and no other team has that injustice of playing a team coming off a bye week.
