@thee I would try and sell high on either Jennings or Thompkins (preferably Jennings) and offer him Rice and Jennings for Marshall and Bell.

I offered Jennings and The two ravens rb's. He's seriously considering it. He wants to see what Rice does today.
So the Pats signed Collie because they are banged up at receiver. What are the odds he gets some time, and if so anyone think he does anything worthwhile?
not much in my opinion. Amendola is active for the first time this week, and it looks like Brady and Tompkins are gaining chemistry together, and figure Edelman is the 3rd wr, so I figure he only sees playing time in 4 wr sets. I see his pickup as more of a cover our asses move incase Amendola goes down again move so they don't have to play two rookies at a time.
I want to propose a trade in my FFL League.

Arian Foster for Calvin Johnson straight up.

I have 5 top shelf running backs, Foster, McCoy, Gore, Fred Jackson and McGahee. I have 2 of them wasting away on the bench every week.

If you had Megatron would you make that deal?
I'm with UGLI on this, if the team with Johnson is even decent I say I wouldn't trade Johnson for Foster unless I got a decent wr back as well.
Freeman got released by the Bucs. Any potential landing spots?
Naturally the Raiders are for whatever reason. It's being reported by Mort that they are the favorit to sign him.
Well, I'd start Bell over any of those guys besides Mccoy and Bush.
but he'd also have Rice if he does the trade.

Wow, what a crazy game! Never thought the Broncos would give up 48 points and win. Well, except maybe this season

It was a great day of football for me. The Seahawks lost, and the 49ers dominated the Texans. Only 1 game back from Seattle in the division now. The schedule lightens up a bit for the 49ers the next few weeks.

Week 6 vs. Cardinals
Week 7 at Titans
Week 8 at Jaguars (in London)
Week 9 Bye
Week 10 vs Panthers

The next tough game comes in week 11 at the Saints. It's a nice stretch for the 49ers to get healthy. Manningham is expected back after week 6. We might also get Eric Wright, Quinton Dial, and Tank Carradine back sometime after week 6. Things are setting up nicely for a big run after the Bye.

Also mention Brock steped up big today Brown was lights out as well. Even without P-Willy and Smith the defense looks good. With the easy part of the schedule, hopefully Kaep will get right. Also even at 30 years Gore is an elite rb love him. He's carrying the offense right now.

Nice win by the Colts today. If they can take care of business in San Diego next Monday, then even if they lose to the Broncos they are sitting good at 5-2 before their bye week.

Seattle and New England lost. Only 3 undefeated teams left:

New Orleans
K.C.
Denver

How the hell did the AFC West go from one of the worst divisions in the NFL to probably the best in just 2 seasons? 2 years ago Denver won the division with 8 freakin wins.

Happens all the time with the parity of the NFL.

A few years ago the NFC West was unimaginably bad. Seahawks won the division with a losing record. Now it has two of the best teams in the NFL.

NFC East has traditionally been one of the strongest divisions, now it is easily the worst.

This is why the NFL as a league is so much better than the NBA. Parity.
