NFL Discussion Thread - 2013

What a game though. Two wildly different halves.

It aint over yet and Denver still has home field advantage thru the playoffs.

You have an uncanny ability to count your chickens before they hatch.

Is anything I said untrue? As of right now Denver still has home field advatage. Their future is int heir hands. Can it go south? Of course it can but Denver controls its own fate. They have the tie breaker over K.C. right now.

You cannot dampen my optimism for my sports teams no matter how you try.

I think you're still drunk from celebrating their superbowl win this summer.

Allowing ties seems to be the NFL's way of being spiteful to fans for thinking it unfair that the first team that scores in a possession-driven sport wins.

That Denver/New England game was lost by the Denver COACH! BEFORE N.E. punted on that last possession, he should have called the ENTIRE punt return team and told them:"I don't want ANY of you clowns ANYWHERE near that punt! Let the ball land! Do not attempt to return it, do not attempt to block for a return....just let the ball bounce!" With the wind blowing and cold, it was completely LUDICROUS to attempt to return that punt!
