Sounds like it...

Jazz GM Dennis Lindsey said organization might have had "different conversations with Mo Williams" had they not moved up to get Trey Burke.

Does any team have FA money left? Besides the Exceptions?

Ellis, Teague, Jennings, are still unsigned. It could be a difficult summer for Mo.

Lindsey gives up a lot of info.

It's a win-win PR move -- he wins for reaffirming commitment to youth and wins by putting a positive spin (not that it needs one) on why we're not bringing back a former all-star.

He's gone! Quit being little bitches, and Underkanter, quit talking like you know what your talking about, because you don't!
You've been a little onry lately? Your girl not puttin' out right now? While most of us have relaxed and seem to be less stressed about the team. You seem to be even more on edge, you okay there?

really? I think the writing is on the wall. I wonder how much he'll get this season. His ego will take a hit for sure.

AS much as I hate to, I have to agree. SL has made the Jazz very afraid to hand over the keys to Trey. Jerry has likely pointed out that it took Stockton a couple of years and Deron 1/2 season before they were ready to start (at least in his eyes). Jazz just freed up more cap room by renouncing the rights to Ostertag. I say a 1-yr deal for a pretty sizeable chunk.

mo wants a starting role...this will not happen

but yet we want a good backup point guard who can go 16-20 min. a night

give a spark off the bench

No, just a little more annoyed at some of the more stupid comments. They've been coming out of the woodwork like crazy.

UnderKanter comes to mind.

Lindsey seems to hate every move KOC made. At Mo's press conference last year, KOC said he hoped Mo would be in Utah for many years to come. Doh!
If Mo is open to a 1-year $3m deal and is onboard with the rebuilding process, I would be open to his return as a scorer off the bench (think Jason Terry) and a mentor to Burke.

I think bovice was suggesting that Mo is definitely gone.
